Disney Cruise Line released their Summer 2023 itineraries today for the fleet. The major news in today’s itinerary announcement is the redeployment of the Disney Dream to Europe. The Disney Wonder which continues to remain on the West Coast will spend the summer in Alaska. The Disney Fantasy and Disney Wish remain at Port Canaveral offering Caribbean and Bahamian cruises. The recently announced Fall 2023 Disney Cruise Line sailings were announced last week, and it is time to take a look at the opening day pricing.
Disney Dream Fall 2023 Opening Day Prices
So, what we did is break down what a Disney Cruise costs on average for a family of 4 with several different itineraries. All of these cruises are priced based on inside, oceanview, and verandah cabins. Each ship has rotational dining where you will visit one of three restaurants each night. Your waiter travels with you as you dine at each new location, and the waiters on the ship are truly a blast.

Port Canaveral will also be the departure point for the Disney Fantasy for sailings ranging in length from five to 10 nights. Sailings Shorter Than 7 Nights
Disney recommends a gratuity of $14.50 per night per person, including infants and children in regular cabins. It's recommended that those in concierge cabins and suites pay $15.50, with the extra going to your cabin assistant host. Most of the entertainment on board is included in the overall cost of your sailing. Late summer/early fall departures of the Disney Dream from Southampton will feature cruises to a wealth of destinations including Spain, France, the British Isles, Norway and Iceland.

If you’re looking for an all-out experience, it’s pretty easy to rack up a big bill. IN total, there are 13 new sail dates between September 30 and December 3, 2023. Please note, there appears to me a 5-night gap beginning November 6, 2023, this could be a chartered cruise such as a 2023 DVC Members Cruise from San Diego. Each year there are some cruises that are offered on Disney Fantasy for sailings for more than 7 nights. Departing from Port Canaveral, the Disney Wish will sail into 2023 with three- and four-night voyages to Nassau, Bahamas and Castaway Cay.
Expect to pay $60 to $205 plus an 18% auto-gratuity for a meal at Enchante; Palo Steakhouse is $50 for a prix-fixe meal, but an a la carte menu is also available. Kids can also play dress-up and get a full regal or pirate (only available on Pirate Party Nights) makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, found on every Disney ship. Depending on the package you booked for your child, expect to pay $100 to $450 for each makeover. Many of these destinations are oriented toward North American travelers, but you’ll find options scattered all over the world. At this time, Fall 2023 dates are not available for the Disney Wonder. The Disney Dream has new destinations on the horizon for the fall of 2023.
The Disney Fantasy does not have any sailings available beginning April 23, 2023. Below you will find a breakout by ship, but this is a work in progress. Holidays are also very popular times when demand is higher for a Disney Cruise trip so pricing is higher for these times too. Most of the Eastern Caribbean cruises feature port stops in Castaway Cay, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and St Thomas, US VIrgin Islands.
